Rick Ross and Wiz Khalifa at the same New Year's Eve party. They were never in the same room.

Overview

For New Year’s Eve, Gopuff needed a culture-driving campaign featuring Rick Ross and Wiz Khalifa without ever getting them in the same room. With separate shoot dates and two-hour windows, the challenge was a cohesive execution. Our solution: engineer a split-world concept where party guests on each side morphed into Ross and Wiz, leaning into their iconic personalities. Using AI-driven VFX planning and post workflows, we unified the talent’s performances across cities and highlighted both product and service. We helped make NYE 2026 one of Gopuff’s biggest days in history.

The ask

Two stars. Never in the same room.

For New Year's Eve, Gopuff needed a culture-driving campaign with Rick Ross and Wiz Khalifa, without ever getting them in the same room.

Separate shoot dates and two-hour windows, and it still had to feel like one party.

The idea

A split-world party.

A hero film with Ross and Wiz playing off each other across split-screen party worlds, where guests on each side morphed into Ross and Wiz, leaning into their iconic personalities.

The craft

AI-driven VFX planningPost workflowsTwo cities

Shot separately, engineered for seamless, culture-ready comedy. We unified the talent's performances across cities, and made room for both the product and the service.

One party. Two cities. Zero overlap.

The results

One of the biggest days in Gopuff history.

A high-impact New Year's Eve moment that drove urgency for Gopuff's alcohol promos and turned delivery into the ultimate party flex.

Gopuff says

“We closed out 2025 with a bang, and made New Year's Eve 2026 one of the biggest days in Gopuff history alongside our pals Wiz & Rick. Momentum is strong for the new year. Let's go!”
